What does Oxydolor contain and how does it work?
Individual dosage, depending on the severity of pain and sensitivity to treatment. Adults and adolescents ≥12 years of age. In people who have not previously used opioid analgesics, the initial dose is usually 10 mg every 12 hours, but sometimes a dose of 5 mg every 12 hours may be sufficient. In people previously treated with opioids, the initial dose may be higher. 10–13 mg oxycodone in tablet form. prolonged-release tablets correspond to 20 mg of morphine sulfate in the prolonged-release form.
When To use Oxydolor prolonged-release tablets?
Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the preparation, soy or peanuts, severe respiratory failure with hypoxia of organs and tissues and/or hypercapnia, hypercapnia, severe COPD, cor pulmonale syndrome, severe bronchial asthma, paralytic intestinal obstruction, acute abdominal syndrome, delayed gastric emptying, period breastfeeding.
